My approach to health coaching focuses on where you are today and where you would like to see your health in the future. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to food and health. We all have unique makeups and individual needs.
Creating greater wellness includes discussing the food on your plate, the movement you do, as well as the environment and lifestyle you live. I support my clients in making the best choices based on their life and the impacts that stress, schedules, work, kids and family have on meal time, preparation and daily living.
