Sessions

Your fitness journey is unique, and my personal training sessions are designed with that in mind. During our complimentary pre-assessment consultation, we'll explore your current fitness level and discuss your future goals. Each 50-minute session is customized to your needs, focusing on total body conditioning that aligns with where you are now and where you want to be.

I offer in-home sessions for clients in Alexandria and Arlington, VA, or virtual sessions via Zoom, making it easy to fit fitness into your life. Let’s work together to help you feel strong, energized, and ready to embrace every day confidently.
